This Privacy Policy explains how RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the DoorGhost mobile application (the "App"). We have designed DoorGhost to collect as little information as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you understand what we do and, just as importantly, what we do not do.
DoorGhost is published by RailSplit Games LLC. DoorGhost is a parody and novelty entertainment app: you place pretend food "orders" that are never real, watch a fake tracking animation, and receive a fake "delivered" payoff. DoorGhost is built to work without an account and without a backend server of our own. Here is what that means in practice:

Because your pretend order history and stats are stored only on your device, you control that data directly, and it is removed when you delete the App or clear its data. Subscription status and anonymous crash and analytics data are retained by our service providers for only as long as needed for the purposes described above and in accordance with their standard retention practices. We keep information no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Because the App stores your activity on your device and we do not maintain accounts, the most direct way to exercise these rights is:

DoorGhost is intended for users aged 17 and older. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the App from outside the United States, you understand that the limited information described here may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoorGhost mobile application (the "App") provided by RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
DoorGhost is a parody and novelty entertainment app. You place pretend food "orders," watch a fake tracking animation, and receive a fake "delivered" payoff. The App is for amusement only. It does not connect you to any restaurant, courier, or food-delivery service, and nothing you do in the App results in any real-world transaction.
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock novelty cosmetic content. The following terms apply:

The App does not host accounts or share user-generated content with us or other users; your in-app activity is stored on your device. The App, including its software, design, animations, names, and all related content, is owned by RailSplit Games LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
DoorGhost is a parody/novelty entertainment app. No real food is ordered, prepared, delivered, or purchasable. Any restaurant or cuisine names are fictional. DoorGhost is not a food-delivery service. In-app purchases unlock cosmetic novelty content only and never food or food credit.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five U.S. dollars (US $25). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
