This Privacy Policy explains how RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the GetOn mobile application (the "App"). GetOn helps users track selected gaming friends and receive alerts when supported platforms report that those friends are online, in game, or likely available.

GetOn collects only what is needed to provide account linking, friend tracking, and notifications:
We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for game account passwords. Riot-powered features, if enabled, use documented Riot endpoints only and are not sold as an exclusive paid feature unless Riot expressly approves a different model.
We use the information above to connect accounts, import or track selected friends where permitted, check presence or game status, send alerts, manage subscriptions, prevent duplicate notifications, debug errors, and improve the App.
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only with service providers needed to operate the App:
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We keep account-linking, friend, presence, alert, and subscription information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can remove local app data by deleting the App. You can request deletion of server-side data by contacting us.
We use reasonable safeguards for the information GetOn handles. Platform API keys and account tokens are intended to stay server-side and are not embedded in the iOS app. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
GetOn is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetOn mobile application (the "App"), published by RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
GetOn is a gaming friend coordination utility. It can help users track selected friends and squads, connect supported gaming accounts, manually add identifiers where needed, and receive alerts when supported platforms report online or in-game status.
GetOn depends on third-party platform APIs, permissions, user consent, platform availability, and each friend's privacy settings. Some friends may not appear, some status may be delayed, and some platforms may not expose lobby, chat, or general online state. GetOn does not guarantee that any status is complete, current, or available.
GetOn may offer paid features for non-Riot integrations, such as expanded Steam or Epic capacity. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions. Payments are handled by Apple, and we do not receive your payment card number. Riot-powered functionality is not sold as an exclusive paid feature unless Riot expressly approves a different model.
You agree not to misuse the App, violate platform terms, scrape or harvest data outside the App's intended functionality, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App to harass, stalk, shame, or evaluate players.
GetOn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve, Steam, Epic Games, Riot Games, or League of Legends. Use of connected gaming services is also governed by those third-party terms and privacy policies.
The App, software, design, names, and related content are owned by RailSplit Games LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that third-party platform data will always be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-data damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25).
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in California unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
