Girl Number, Safe Phone is a personal-privacy phone utility. It gives you your own unique phone number that you can share instead of your real number. When someone calls or texts that number, calls are forwarded to your real phone for a limited time window, and incoming text messages are stored in the App so you can read them later.
We collect only the information needed to operate the service:

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this Policy).
We keep your account information, assigned number, forwarding number, call metadata, and stored messages for as long as your account is active, so the App can show you your history. You can delete individual messages and call records in the App where that option is offered, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights & Choices"). After you delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can:
We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You can also control push notifications in your device settings.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication. Our telephony provider self-authenticates webhook traffic with cryptographic signatures, and access to your stored data is restricted to your own account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential.
The App is not directed to children. It is intended for users 17 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ceo@railsplitgames.com and we will delete it.
We operate the App and store data in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Girl Number, Safe Phone (the "App"), published by RailSplit Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The App is a personal-privacy phone utility. When you create an account, we assign you a unique phone number that you can share instead of your real number. When someone calls or texts that number, calls are forwarded to your own phone for a limited time window, and incoming text messages are stored in the App so you can read them. The forwarding window and certain behaviors are configurable in the App. We may modify, add, or remove features over time.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are managed via RevenueCat.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies.
The App is a personal-privacy utility. Your assigned number forwards only to your own phone. You agree that you will not use the App to:
We may suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates this section, with or without notice. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
"User Content" includes the messages and call records associated with your number and any settings or labels you create. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the App to you. You are responsible for your use of the number you are assigned and for your interactions with others through it. We own all rights in the App itself, including its software, design, and trademarks; nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
The App is a personal-privacy utility - it is not an anonymous-harassment, spoofing, robocall, or "prank" tool. Your assigned number forwards only to your own phone, and the App is intended solely for your own personal privacy and safety. You must not use it to harass, impersonate, defraud, or break any law, and you must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws.
The App is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to contact emergency responders or to receive urgent or time-critical communications. For people who must reach you, share your real number.
Carrier delivery of calls and texts is not guaranteed. The forwarding and storage of calls and messages depend on third-party telephony carriers and networks that we do not control, and delivery may be delayed, blocked, or fail.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any failure or delay in the delivery of calls or messages, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
