This Privacy Policy explains how RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Southpaw mobile application (the "App"). We've tried to keep this plain and honest: Southpaw collects very little, and this policy reflects what the App actually does.
Southpaw is published by RailSplit Games LLC. The App shows you a live feed of free left-handed items sourced from Freegle, a public third-party giveaway platform. You can browse, filter, bookmark, and share listings. If you subscribe to Southpaw Plus, you can also receive push alerts when new matching items appear.

We designed Southpaw to need as little personal information as possible. Here is what is and isn't collected:
What we do NOT collect: We do not collect your Freegle account credentials, and we are not affiliated with Freegle. We only display items that are already publicly listed on Freegle. We do not ask for your name, email address, mailing address, or contact list to use the App. We do not sell your personal information.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. On-device data (such as bookmarks) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. If you enable alerts, your push token and alert preferences are retained while alerts are active and are removed after you disable alerts, uninstall the App, or after a reasonable period of inactivity. Subscription status is retained as needed to manage your subscription. Analytics and crash data are retained for a limited period consistent with our providers' standard retention settings and our operational needs.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise the following choices:
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we handle, including using reputable service providers and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Southpaw is intended for users aged 17 and older. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ceo@railsplitgames.com and we will take steps to delete it.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Southpaw mobile application (the "App" or the "Service"), published by RailSplit Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Southpaw shows a live feed of free left-handed items sourced from Freegle, a public third-party giveaway platform. You can browse, filter, bookmark (stored on your device), and share listings. With a Southpaw Plus subscription, you can also receive push alerts when new matching items appear. The listings displayed in the App originate from Freegle and other third parties - not from us.

The App does not provide a feature for you to publicly post your own content within Southpaw; the listings shown come from third parties. Any bookmarks, filters, or preferences you create are yours and are stored on your device or used solely to provide the Service to you. The App itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RailSplit Games LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Listings shown in the App come from Freegle and other third parties. We do not own, control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, safety, or availability of any item, listing, or information shown in the App. We do not take responsibility for any item or for any interaction, communication, transaction, or arrangement between you and any item poster or other user. Southpaw is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Freegle. Use of the App and any items you obtain through listings is entirely at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings will be current or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, any listings, or any interaction with item posters or other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or twenty-five U.S. dollars ($25).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RailSplit Games LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any item poster.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
