Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RailSplit Games LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use WingCoach AI (the "App"). Contact us at ceo@railsplitgames.com.

Information We Collect

• Video clips you choose to analyze. The App lets you record or upload wing foiling videos for technique feedback.
• Analysis results. Skill scores, level, timestamped observations, drills, goals, and related progress data may be stored on your device and, where enabled, processed through our service providers.
• Location for wind data. If you grant permission, the App may use approximate location to show nearby wind and marine conditions. You can disable location permission in iOS Settings.
• Subscription status. If subscriptions are offered, Apple handles payment and RevenueCat helps us verify entitlement status. We do not receive your payment card number.
• Diagnostics. We may collect crash reports, error logs, and basic aggregate usage analytics to keep the App working.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide video coaching feedback, track progress, show wind conditions, manage subscriptions, improve stability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Service Providers

The App may use Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google Gemini or another AI processor, Open-Meteo, crash reporting, and analytics providers. Providers may process information only as needed to operate the App features we use them for.

AI Processing

When you request video analysis, your selected clip may be sent to an AI processing provider through a RailSplit-controlled service. Do not upload clips you do not have the right to submit. AI feedback can be wrong and should be treated as coaching guidance only.

Your Choices

You can choose whether to upload videos, grant camera/library/location permissions, and subscribe. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing ceo@railsplitgames.com.

Children

WingCoach AI is intended for users aged 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WingCoach AI, published by RailSplit Games LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.

Service Description

WingCoach AI provides wing foiling video feedback, skill scoring, goals, drills, wind information, and gear guidance. Features may change over time.

Safety Disclaimer

Wing foiling is risky. WingCoach AI is not a safety certification, professional coaching substitute, weather authority, emergency service, or guarantee that a condition, maneuver, or session is safe. Check local conditions, use appropriate safety gear, and ride within your ability.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are offered, they are billed through the Apple App Store and may renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload unlawful content, content you do not have rights to use, private videos of other people without appropriate consent, or material intended to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RailSplit Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
